Discover the power of the natural contrast therapy at The Sea Sauna – Dublin’s original seaside sauna experience. Nestled beside Tower Bay Beach on the Donabate & Portrane Peninsula, North County Dublin, we combine traditional wood-fired heat by the sea, with outdoor cold showers, and plunge barrels – all with stunning views over the Irish Sea.

We're open 7 days a week, and while we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note we are a over 16's only sauna.
